Refund and Returns Policy

At Aroma Vista Trading LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, since we operate as a customized export-based trading company, our refund and return process is managed directly with our team.

1. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only upon prior approval and agreement between the buyer and our team.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Any quality-related concerns should be reported within 7 days of receiving goods.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and approval of returned goods.

  • The refund method will depend on the original mode of payment or as agreed with the customer.

  • Refunds may take up to 7–15 business days after confirmation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable items (e.g., pulses, honey).

  • Opened or used fragrance and essential oil products.

  • Custom or bulk export orders.
