Returns are accepted only upon prior approval and agreement between the buyer and our team.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Any quality-related concerns should be reported within 7 days of receiving goods.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and approval of returned goods.
The refund method will depend on the original mode of payment or as agreed with the customer.
Refunds may take up to 7–15 business days after confirmation.
Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:
Perishable items (e.g., pulses, honey).
Opened or used fragrance and essential oil products.
